For Presenters (Posters and Orals)

Poster Presentations

The ACCV 2016 poster boards are 841mm wide x 1189mm tall (equivalent to 33.1 inch wide x 46.8 inch tall). We strongly recommend that you use A0 portrait poster format. Adhesive material and/or pins will be provided for mounting the posters to the boards. If you have special requirements, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible.

Oral Presentations

Speakers at the main conference will be given 15 minutes each. Speakers should prepare a talk for 12-13 minutes and leave 2-3 minutes for Q&A. Speakers are requested to come to the podium 20 minutes before the start of their oral sessions to test their laptops and slides. Speakers at workshops should contact the workshop organizers regarding their presentation duration. The projector is a standard XGA (1024×768) with 4:3 aspect ratio.

Oral presenters of the main conference are strongly encouraged to give a poster presentation during the poster session of the same day so that the authors have enough time to communicate with the audience. We will allocate poster boards for all the oral papers in the morning and afternoon oral sessions on that day.

No show policy

Every accepted paper to ACCV 2016 (both main conference and workshop) needs to have at least one author attend the conference and present the paper in either the poster or oral session. The ACCV 2016 organizing committee reserves the right to remove a paper from the final proceedings if it was not presented at the conference. Authors of no-show papers will not have their registration fees refunded.
